Cost per person: $800; $1,000 for single occupancy accommodation upgrade.

All registrations must be accompanied with $100 deposit per person. The balance is due May 20, 2008, and can be paid by check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Online payment is available for both deposit and balance.
