PRAIRIE GRASS FILM CHALLENGE

Overview

NEW FOR 2012: Post-College Category

As the Prairie Grass Film Challenge grows, so does our need for categories! Last year we added the Best of Show – High School category. This year we are adding Best of Show – Post-College category. That's right: THREE categories with three awards!

1. High School
2. College
3. Post-College

How will you know which category your team is in? Here is the rule from the "fine print" section of this website:

Your production team determines your category. If you want to enter the high school category, everyone on your production team must be in high school. If your high school team also includes a college student, you will automatically be moved into the college category. If your team includes someone who is post-college age, you will automatically be moved into the post-college category. This does NOT include your actors or musicians – they can be of any age. Your PRODUCTION team determines which category you will compete in. If your production team (producer, director, cameraman, editor, etc) is all college students, you will compete in the college category. Add one adult post-college, however, and you will automatically be moved into the post-college category.
