Persenaire to present vocal recital

Dordt College senior, Rachel Persenaire, will present her senior vocal recital Friday, Nov. 21, at 7:30 p.m. in the B. J. Haan Auditorium Rachel Personnaire

Joining Persenaire on stage will be Justin Vande Kerk, tenor, and Kara Bentz, accompanist.

Persenaire said her musical selections for the recital represent a variety of styles, including French, Twentieth Century, musical theater and operetta.

Persenaire is a vocal student of Mrs. Pam De Haan and is a member of the Dordt College Concert Choir. She has performed in numerous vocal recitals and is a NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing) vocal competitor. Persenaire is a theater arts major with an emphasis in acting, directing and dramaturgy.

She is the daughter of Bruce and Joyce Persenaire or Escalon, Calif.

The public is invited to attend this free recital and a reception following the performance.
