Commencement was May 9

Diplomas were awarded to this year’s graduating class of more than 300 students at Dordt College on Friday, May 9, at the B. J. Haan Auditorium on Dordt’s campus.

Associate, bachelor and master of education degrees were conferred, followed by a reception in the recreation center for family and friends, hosted by the Alumni Association.

Sandi Altena, director of resident life at Dordt, presented the commencement address, titled “Living Sacrifice.” Sandi has served as the Director of Residence Life at Dordt College since 1997.
