Dordt play to benefit James Klaver
May 1, 2003

A one-woman show at Dordt College May 1-3 will showcase the work of Dordt College senior, Laura Groen.
"Ghostdance" is a historical play written, produced and performed by Groen that addresses the events leading up to the massacre at Wounded Knee, as told through the eyes of six different characters.
All performances are at 7:30 p.m. in the New World Theatre. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults, with all of the proceeds directed toward the James Klaver Family Fund. James is a student at Dordt College who is undergoing treatment for Acute Lymphomic Leukemia.
To make reservations for the limited seating, call the box office at 722-6430, beginning April 21. The box office will be open Monday through Friday, 1-5 p.m. and Monday through Thursday, 7-9 p.m.
