Boer To Join Defender Track

(Friday, March 22; Sioux Center, Iowa)  Kelli Boer, a senior at Western Christian High School (Iowa), has announced her intention to attend Dordt College and join the Defender track and field program.

Boer has qualified for the Iowa State High School Meet twice and ran at the Drake Relays as part of a 4 x 200 meter relay team last spring.  She earned a conference championship and was part of a sprint relay team that won the 2012 state title.  Boer also was a member of the 2012 and 2013 state champion basketball teams at Western Christian.

Kelli is the daughter of Jerry and Lavonne Boer of Hull, Iowa.
