Dordt Cross Country 11th In Poll

(Thursday, October 25; Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt College Defender women’s cross country team is down one spot in the seventh weekly poll voted on by 23 coaches across the country.

The Defenders hold the no. 11 spot with 472 total points in the balloting.  The Defenders won the Mount Marty Invite last week after spending two weeks at no. 10.  The Defender women are idle this weekend before running at the GPAC Championships on Saturday, November 4 at McCook Lake, South Dakota.

Dordt is one of two GPAC teams in the top-25 this week with Concordia holding at no. 23 last week.  Doane is in the receiving votes category of the poll.
