Women's Cross Country Holds In Top Ten

October 18; Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt College women’s cross country team is no. 10 in the NAIA Women’s Cross Country Coaches’ Top 25 Poll released late Wednesday, October 17.
The Defenders, idle last weekend, took 457 points in the balloting done by 23 coaches across the country. The Defenders will run in the Mount Marty Invite near Yankton, South Dakota this Saturday in the final action before the GPAC Championships on Saturday, November 3.
Cal State San Marcos is the no. 1 team for the third straight week in the poll. GPAC members Doane and Concordia are ranked no. 18 and no. 23 respectively.
