Leppink To Join Defender Baseball

(Wednesday,
August 1; Sioux Center, Iowa) Connor Leppink, a recent Holland Christian (Michigan) graduate, has announced his intention to attend Dordt College and join the Defender baseball program.
Leppink had a .361 batting average this season with 21 runs batted and stole ten bases. He ended up missing much of the last half of the season with injury. He was a three-year starter and also played for the Kalamazoo Maroons in 2011. He captained the Holland Christian baseball team in 2011 and 2012 and earned the conference scholar-athlete award.
Connor is the son of Steve and Lori Leppink and plans to study sports management at Dordt College.
