The Dordt College campus is bustling this week, with students from three camps staying in the residence halls as they participate in overnight camps this week.

Dordt Discovery Days, a week-long camp for students who have completed 6th, 7th, or 8th grade, runs Monday through Friday, June 25 to 29, and has a record 246 students from all over the U.S., the Netherlands, and Canada. Students are taking a variety of classes, including Raku Pottery, Garage Band, Photoshop, War and Soldiering, and Ooey Goey Science.

For the first time Dordt is offering SIMS (Summer Investigations in Mathematics and Statistics), a three-day program for talented high school students to explore options in fields related to math and statistics, from June 26 to 28. We're happy to welcome to 20 students from six states.

The DC 100 High School Elite Camp, a three-day basketball camp for high school boys, runs from June 25 to 27. Students are working with Dordt College coaches and athletes to improve their games.
