King’s University College campus minister to speak during Justice Week at Dordt College

National Justice Week is April 16 through 20, and the Dordt College Justice Matters Club is hosting a week of events on the theme “Justice, AIDS, and Christians.”

Reverend Roy Berkenbosch, campus minister at The King’s University College in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, will explore the theme in a series of presentations and discussions in the Eckhart Lounge.

• Tuesday, April 17, at 7:30 p.m.: Our biblical call to justice
• Wednesday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m.: The stigma of AIDS
• Thursday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m.: Our response

At King’s, Berkenbosch teaches a class about justice and our call to seek justice as Christians. He works with the justice club at King’s and is involved in the Micah Network. He is also on the board of the Christian Reformed World Relief Committee (CRWRC) and has worked with them on community and international development.

Berkenbosh will also speak in several Dordt classes on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please contact Jeni Kanis or Professor Abby Foreman for more information.
