Choral concert April 28

Choral Concert

All four choral ensembles at Dordt College will perform in the final vocal concert of the academic year, to be held Tuesday, April 28, at 7:30 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium.

Performing under the direction of Dr. Benjamin Kornelis will be the Concert Choir, Chorale, and Kantorei, with a variety of repertoire.

The Women’s Chorus, directed by Pam De Haan, will present John Rutter’s “For the Beauty of the Earth” and “Five Hebrew Love Songs” by Eric Whitacre. Soprano Sierra Tiegs will be a featured soloist, with Lisa Miedema on violin.

Admission to this performance is free, with a freewill offering received to benefit music scholarships at Dordt College.
