Two Altars, Ten Funerals at New World Theatre

A one-act play, Two Altars, Ten Funerals (All Souls) will be presented April 2, 3, and 4 at Dordt College’s New World Theatre. Performances begin at 8 p.m.
This is an independent production, directed by Laurel Alons-Koerner, adjunct professor of theatre at Dordt College and a 2006 alumna. The cast includes Dr. John Kok (Dean of Humanities), senior Emily Stam, and senior Ashley Laverman.
The play is written by Erik Ehn, an accomplished playwright and Dean of Theatre at the California Institute of the Arts, where Koerner will be pursuing her MFA degree in acting this fall.
The New World Theatre has limited seating, with no advance reservations available. Admission is $2 at the door (Dordt faculty and staff may attend free with their Dordt ID). This performance is hosted by the Dordt College Theatre Department.
