Dordt senior ag students present research tonight

The Dordt College Agriculture Department is hosting a Senior Research Presentation Night Thursday, Dec. 4, at 7 p.m. in the Dordt College Science and Technology Center lecture hall, S108.

Eight Dordt students will present the results of agricultural research projects. They are:

• 7:05 p.m., “Nutritional Feed Value of Sweet Sorghum By-Product,” by Micah Bates (Cincinnatus, NY) and Benjamin Witte (Wauconda IL)
• 7:30 p.m., “Effects of Variations in Anhydrous Ammonia Applications in the Missouri River Flood Plain, by Joseph Buhlig (Norborne, MO)
• 7:55 p.m., project proposal by Marena den Dulk (Demotte, IN) and Shannon Kempers (Sioux Center, IA)
• 8:10 p.m., project proposal by David Dick (McBain, MI), Rachel Gorter (Otley, IA) and Ryan Johnson (Cleghorn, IA).

Anyone interested in this agricultural research is welcome to attend.
