Senior Art

The first of three senior art shows will open March 5 at Dordt College’s Campus Center Art Gallery in Sioux Center.

Students featured in the first show are Mary Van Essen, Sioux Center; Matt Berkenpas and Aaron Huisman, Orange City; Dave Schierbeek, McBain, MI; Diane Feucht, Puyallup, WA; and Mallory McConnell, Brookfield, WI.

These artists will discuss their work at a reception in their honor to be held Friday, March 7, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Art media exhibited includes paintings, drawings, printmaking, photography, sculpture ceramics, multimedia work, and graphic design. This show ends April 4.

The public is invited to this free art exhibition. The Campus Center Art Gallery is open every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
