Art Dept. hosting tea ceremony, animation viewing

Art Dept. Tea CeremonyOn Monday afternoon, May 7, two special events are being held on Dordt’s campus. Both opportunities are sponsored by the Dordt College Art Department.

From 3 to 4 p.m., the college community is invited to the Humble Bean for a Tea Ceremony, sponsored by the Non Western Art History class. All are invited to come and go as you like, sampling teas in a Japanese environment.

At 4 p.m. in the Science Building Lecture Hall S101, Dordt College’s first Animation Class is hosting a public viewing of the motion graphics made by students. The film short - Blacktop - by Charles and Ray Eames will also be shown. All are welcome to view the amazing work created by students this semester.
