November 29, 2006

Remedy Drive

Remedy Drive, an independent rock band from Lincoln, NE, will be performing at Dordt College’s B.J. Haan Auditorium Sunday, Dec. 10 at 8 p.m.

The Remedy Drive concert is sponsored by Positive Airwaves, a Dordt student club that works to offer additional Christian music options to the campus and surrounding community. Doors will open at 7:30 that evening, with a pair of Dordt bands, “Operation Joy Kill” and “And Yet” opening for the event.

“Rip Open The Skies,” is Remedy Drive’s latest release, unleashing the energy and momentum of a band most known for the harmonies and intensity in their piano driven rock tunes. The band performs over 160 shows nationally each year.

Tickets for the concert are $5 in advance and $8 at the door, with advance tickets available at True Vine (Sioux Center), Dove Christian Bookstore (Orange City), Cornerstone Bookstore (Rock Valley), Firehouse Underground coffee shop (Sioux Falls), and at the Dordt Campus Center Defender Grille, weeknights from 8:30-10 p.m., through Friday, December 8.
