Wilcox presenter at Dallas conference
April 25, 2005

David Wilcox, instructor of psychology at Dordt College, was a presenter at the Christian Association for Psychological Studies International Conference in Dallas, Texas, on April 8.
“Issues in the Integration of Psychology and Christian Theology: A Comparison of the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change and the Evangelical Protestant Doctrine of Christian Conversion” was the topic of Wilcox’s academic paper. The presentation explored the relationship between evangelization and the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) as a framework for understanding conversion.
Wilcox holds a M.A. in clinical psychology from Wheaton College, a Master of Divinity degree from Liberty Theological Seminary, and is defending his Ph.D. dissertation from Liberty University in May.
