Lady Defenders Maintain Sixth Spot

The Dordt College Lady Defender volleyball team held on to their number six rating in the most recent NAIA volleyball ranking released on Tuesday, November 9 after a combined three wins over Briar Cliff and Sioux Falls last week.The Lady Defenders are currently 30-2 and finished the season 16-0 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference. The Lady Defenders swept all three matches and earned a spot in the GPAC semifinals with a win over Briar Cliff on Saturday night.
The top 11 teams in the NAIA poll remain unchanged for this week and this is the third week in a row the Lady Defenders are sixth in the polling.
The Lady Defenders will host the NAIA Region IV tournament November 18-20.
