My Ph.D. is from the University of Toronto, in mathematics and history of mathematics.  I teach a range of introductory and advanced courses in mathematics along with a logic course for the philosophy department.  My special interests include the history of mathematics, foundations of mathematics, logic and proof, and reform in mathematics education on all levels.  I am presently writing a historically oriented book on topics typically taught by Middle School Mathematics teachers.
