Dordt College Women's Volleyball vs. Northwestern

(Orange City, Iowa) The Dordt College Lady Defender volleyball team traveled to Orange City and swept the Northwestern Red Raiders in Great Plains Athletic Conference action by game scores of 30-27, 30-24, 30-24. The Lady Defenders were led in kills by Tara De Boer and Rachel Van Beek with 11 each and Lindsey Van Wyk had nine.

Emily Van Voorst put up 40 assists and Traci Kooima had 21 digs as Dordt won their third straight outright GPAC regular season title. The Lady Defenders have won 55 straight regular season GPAC matches dating back to the 2002 season.

Northwestern was led by Katie Schnoes' 15 kills.
