(Mitchell, SD) The Dordt College Lady Defender's handled GPAC opponent Dakota Wesleyan with relative ease this evening in Mitchell, South Dakota. Dordt won the contest in three games. Dordt was led by Lacey-Jae Huisman with 11 kills, while Tricia Top had 15 digs and Alisa Kooima lofted 37 assists. From the service line, the Lady Defenders had eight aces as a team, being led by A.J. Lefever with three aces and 17 for 18 serves, while Laura Van Kley offered two aces and 20 for 20 serves. Dordt maintained a perfect 10-0 record in the Great Plains Athletic Conference and is 25-3 overall.
