(Hastings, Nebraska) Dordt College knocked Black Hills State (South Dakota) off 3-0 on Saturday, September 11 at the Hastings College Volleyball Classic.
Dordt won the sets by scores of 25-19, 25-20 and 25-15. Danae Geels topped Dordt's balanced attack with ten kills while Brittany Landegent and Kendra Potgeter had eight and seven kills a piece. Jessica De Stigter put up 19 assists and Bekah Posthuma had 15. Dorinda Hibma topped the team with 18 digs.
The win is Dordt's eighth in a row and lifts the Defenders to 10-2 for the season. Black Hills State drops to 4-11.
