Dordt College Volleyball vs. Central Methodist (Missouri)-Hastings Tournament

(Hastings, Nebraska) The Dordt College Defender volleyball team earned a 3-0 win over Central Methodist (Missouri) on Saturday afternoon at the Hastings College Classic in Hastings, Nebraska. The Defenders had convincing wins in all three games, allowing 23, 18 and 24 points in the respective contests to improve to 16-2 for the season and 3-0 at the Classic.

Kendra Potgeter had 16 kills and assisted on four blocks while Kristin De Ronde had 10 kills and assisted on three blocks. Autumn Vande Kamp slammed nine kills and was in on three assisted blocks.

Emily Van Voorst lofted 36 assists, had three ace serves and added three assisted blocks. Liz Van Voorst had three ace serves and ten digs while Dorinda Hibma led the Defenders in digs with 18 and Betsy Van't Hul had 16 digs.

Dordt will face Texas-Brownsville in their final match of the Classic.
