Dordt College Volleyball vs. Dana

(Blair, Nebraska) The Dordt College Defender volleyball took a convincing 3-0 match win over the host Dana Vikings in Great Plains Athletic Conference volleyball Friday night in Blair, Nebraska. Dordt led games one and three from start to finish for 30-21 and 30-14 wins. The Defenders trailed early in game two by a 3-0 count but scored 11 of the next 12 points for their third win in the Great Plains Athletic Conference and their sixth straight match win.
Kristin De Ronde led Dordt wtih 18 kills and Larissa Veldhuizen added 10 with Lindsey Van Wyk and Betsy Van't both registering eight and seven respectively. Emily Van Voorst had 34 assists and Van Wyk had three ace serves and 15 digs with Traci Kooima leading all players with 17 digs. Dana was led by Kali Brayfield with six kills.
