(Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt College Lady Defenders had little trouble with the Dakota Wesleyan Tigers this evening at the De Witt Gym in Sioux Center, winning the Great Plains Athletic Conference match by game scores of 30-23, 30-16, 30-14.
Dordt was topped by Tara De Boer with 11 kills while Rachel Van Beek and Jill Haan both had seven. Kristin De Ronde and Lindsey Van Wyk both added six kills each and Emily Van Voorst put up 35 assists. Haan led the Lady Defender diggers with 16 while Traci Kooima added 13.
The Tigers were led by Kalie Wheely's eight kills.
