(Sioux Center, Iowa) Dordt College defeated Doane tonight 3 games to 1 in the Region IV semi-finals.
Dordt pulled ahead at the end of game 1 to come out with the win, but couldn't hold on in game 2. Games 3 and 4 were close all the way through and Dordt came out on top in both to finish an intense match 3-1.
Tara De Boer led the Defenders with 18 kills, 13 digs, and was 18 for 20 from the serving line.
