Dordt College Volleyball vs. Doane

(Sioux Center, IA) The Dordt College Lady Defender volleyball team clinched the GPAC title this evening in Sioux Center by defeating Doane College in four games. Doane came out strong early by winning game one 15-9. But the Lady Defender's never looked back, taking the next three games 15-3, 15-9, 15-11. Laura Van Kley had four ace serves and was 18 for 20 from the service line. Karen Netz led the offensive with 15 kills while Alisa Kooima played a tough defense with 24 digs.
