Dordt College Volleyball vs. Briar Cliff

(Sioux City, IA) Dordt’s volleyball team improved their season record to 32-2 with a three games to one win at Briar Cliff on Tuesday night. Game scores were 15-9 , 15-8 , 9-15, and 15-4 .
Dordt was led by A.J. Poppema’s 14 kills and Kim Van Dyken lofted 56 assists. Mindy Boogerd led Dordt with 18 digs and Van Dyken was 18-18 on the service line. Poppema had five aces to up her season total to 85.
Tonight’s loss dropped the Lady Chargers to 19-14 and broke a five match win streak. Dordt has now won nine matches in a row.
