(Lamoni, IA) Dordt College opened play on Friday at the 27th annual Graceland Tournament in Lamoni, Iowa with a straight sets win over Lindenwood of Missouri 3-0. Game scores were 15-1, 15-6, 15-5.
Dordt featured a balanced attack in defeating the Lions. Janna Van Donge had nine kills and Darci Bouma eight. Kim Van Dyken lofted 31 assists in the three game match. Mindy Boogerd and Van Dyken added six digs a piece in the win. The 21st ranked Lady Defenders improved to 9-0 for the season and Lindenwood dropped to 8-4.
