Dordt College Volleyball vs. Briar Cliff

(Sioux Center, Iowa) The twelfth-rated Lady Defenders took a 3-0 decision over the Briar Cliff Chargers this evening in a non-conference match. Briar Cliff fought Dordt through the first game before Dordt pulled out the two-point win. The Defenders then took the next two games easily, 30-15 and 30-18.
Rachel Van Beek had 13 kills for the Defenders, while Rachel Pontier and Tara De Boer each added 11 kills. Briar Cliff was led in kills by Kelsey Biermann and Megan Hinds with 11 and 9 kills, respectively.
