(Joliet, IL) Dordt recorded their first win of the tournament, defeating Bethel 3-1. Game scores were 15-13, 15-7, 4-15, and 15-6. Leading the Lady Defenders in kills was Karen Netz with 20, while Kim Van Dyken helped out with 59 assists. Kim Van Dyken also led in serving going 15-17 with two aces, along with A.J. Poppema who went 19-21 with three aces. Defensively, Darci Bouma led the team in digs with 16, while while A.J. hit double figures as well with 12. Dordt is now 24-7 overall on the year.
