(Sioux Center, IA) The Lady Defenders improved to 23-5 today, defeating Briar Cliff in three games, 15-13, 15-11, and 15-4.
Leading the offensive attack was Andrea Johnson with 20, while Darci Bouma and Karen Netz both reached double figures with 12 each. Kim Van Dyken lofted 50 assists in three games, and was perfect from the service line as well, going 19-19. Defensively, Laura Vander Pol went 16-23 in service receptions and recorded 11 digs to share the team lead with Darci Bouma.
