(Tucson, Arizona) The Dordt College Defender softball team lost to the #3 ranked in the country Lubbock Christian Chapparels 10-0 on Wednesday in Tucson, Arizona. The Defenders were unable to get a hit off of Lubbock Christian in the loss, dropping to 3-10 while Lubbock Christian improves to 27-2 this year. Amber Soodsma took the loss on the mound where she allowed 11 hits and struck out two and walked two in four innings of work.
