Dordt College Women's Soccer vs. Briar Cliff

(Sioux City, Iowa) The Briar Cliff Chargers used a blistering 27-4 shots advantage to take a 2-0 decision over the Dordt Defenders in women's soccer action on Tuesday, October 16 in Sioux City, Iowa.

The Chargers got on the board in the 20th minute when Julie Redus found the net for a 1-0 lead. Briar Cliff got their second score in the 37th minute from Sadelle Schultz and that's how the game ended.

Dordt was outshot on goal 14-2 with Emily Holz making 12 saves in goal for the Defenders.

Dordt is now 1-11-3 overall and 0-6-1 in the league with three games to go. Briar Cliff improves to 6-6-3 and 4-2-1 in GPAC play. Dordt will host Doane on Saturday, October 20 in its next outing.
