Dordt College Women's Soccer vs. Hastings

(Sioux Center, Iowa) Dordt College and Hastings played to a 0-0 double overtime tie in Great Plains Athletic Conference women's soccer Saturday afternoon in Sioux Center, Iowa.

Dordt was able to fight off a Hastings team that mustered 25 shots--11 of them on goal while getting six shots on goal of their own.

Katie Kortman had 11 saves to help preserve the draw. Dordt was the aggressor in the second half, outshooting Hastings 4-2 and the Defenders had nine corner kicks to five for Hastings.

Dordt is 6-1-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the league while Hastings is 1-4-1 overall and 0-0-1 in the league. Dordt will host Dakota Wesleyan on Tuesday in GPAC action.
