(Sioux Center) The Dordt College Defenders got a goal in the 107th minute of play Friday afternoon in a game with Minnesota Crookston. Morgan Rodenburgh (Freshman; Sioux Center, Iowa) scored the goal off a corner kick in a game dominated by the Defenders but kept tight by a defensive style employed by Minnesota Crookston.

Dordt had a chance at a win in the first overtime but a goal by Rindy De Nooy (Sophomore; Sioux Center, Iowa) was taken off the board by an offsides call. Kate Du Mez (Senior; Brookfield, Wisconsin) had a shot off the cross bar near the end of regulation and Crookston's only shot in the second half that glanced off of the cross bar over the outstretched hands of Steph Goslinga (Junior; Orange City, Iowa).

Dordt outshot Crookston 32-5. Goslinga did not need to make a save in the game.
