(Lincoln, Nebraska) The Dordt College Defender women's soccer team stayed perfect in the Great Plains Athletic Conference with a 1-0 win on the road against the Nebraska Wesleyan Prairie Wolves. The game, played in Lincoln, Nebraska, was Dordt's first game after a week's layoff because of inclimate weather on Wednesday which forced the postponement of the Sioux Falls match.

Dordt scored in the 78th minute when Noelle Kreykes knocked in a pass from Kate Du Mez. The goal was Kreykes's seventh of the season and was Du Mez's seventh assist of the season. The game featured few offensive chances for both teams with Dordt getting three shots on goal and Nebraska Wesleyan two.

Jenna Noteboom recorded two saves in goal for the Defenders in their 12th win of the season and their ninth conference victory. Dordt has now recorded five shutouts and have allowed seven goals in the last 12 games, all wins.
