(Jamestown, North Dakota) The Dordt College Defender women's soccer team posted their tenth win in a row with a 2-0 win over Jamestown College in Jamestown, North Dakota Saturday, October 11.

The Defenders found the net in the first half when Rindy De Nooy knocked one in off an assist from Kate Du Mez. It was Du Mez's fifth assist of the season and the second game in a row that De Nooy has scored. Up 1-0, the Defenders got an insurance goal in the second half when Lexi Elgersma scored off an assist from Sarah Sikkema.

The Defenders controlled play with a 17-2 shot advantage and Jenna Noteboom and Rosalyn De Pooter combined for the shutout.

Dordt is 10-1 this season while the Jimmies fall to 0-12-2. Dordt has a full week off before hosting Hastings on Saturday, October 18.
