Dordt College Women's Soccer vs. Dana
September 9, 2006
(Sioux Center, Iowa) Heather Otten scored three goals on the day. The first came off a beautiful cross from Dumez at the 20 minute mark, the second came with 8 minutes left in the first half off another cross which she trapped down and curled around the Dana keeper. Otten finished the hat trick early in the second half with a pass from Heather Kooistra. Suzanne Clark tallied a penalty kick with 41 minutes left in the game. The scoring was then finished off by Sarah Sikkema at the 28 minute mark. Dordt out shot Dana 20-6. Mallory Foster had 6 saves for the shutout and Dana's keeper Ashley Armstrong 15 saves. Dordt improves to 1-3 on the season as Dana drops to 2-3.
