(Crete, Nebraska) The Dordt College Lady Defenders earned their first win of the soccer season with a convincing 4-0 win over Doane in Crete, Nebraska.
The Lady Defenders struck first on a goal by Nickie De Blaey off an assist from Callie Christensen in the first half.
Dordt stretched it to 2-0 with a goal by De Blaey off a corner kick from Suzanne Clark. Clark assisted Anna Hubers on the third goal of the contest and Christensen capped the scoring off a rebound with Anna Hubers getting the assists.
Lisa Enger got the shutout in goal for the Lady Defenders.
