Dordt College Women's Soccer vs. Morningside

(Sioux City, Iowa) The Lady Defenders lost this afternoon to Morningside 2-1. Dordt was the first to score, when Nicki De Blaey put in a shot off of a Suzanne Clark corner kick with 21 minutes remaining in the first half. Ashley Hugel for Morningside responsed by tying up the game 1-1 going into halftime. The game remained tied until Hugel added another goal for Morningside with 25 minutes remaining to give the Mustangs a 2-1 victory.

Dordt College outscored the Mustangs 12-4.
