(Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt Defenders picked up a late non-conference victory tonight in a rain-soaked make-up match against the University of South Dakota. Dordt had no shots on goal in the first half, then got goals from Bethany Nishimoto and Karissa Phelps in the second half.

Carla Neppl had USD's lone goal in the second half.
