Dordt College Women's Soccer vs. Midland Lutheran

(Sioux Center, Iowa) The Dordt Lady Defender soccer team turned in a strong defensive effort Saturday afternon as they turne back the Midland Lutheran Warriors in a Parent's Weekend match 1-0. The Lady Defenders limited Midland Lutheran to two shots on goal while earning the win, their seventh in the conference against two losses and ninth win overall.

The Lady Defenders lone goal was on a shot by Abbie Soodsma with 40 minutes left in the game.

Dordt outshot the visitors 20-2 in earning the narrow win.
