(Home) The Lady Defenders recorded another sound victory beating the Bulldogs of Concordia University from Seward, Nebraska this afternoon in Sioux Center by a score of 6-1. Junior forward Liz Dykstra led the offensive attack with three goals, while Kalie Gaskill netted two goals, and Sarah Vriend added a single goal to the attack. Senior mid-fielder Heather Broekhuis recorded the assist on four of the six goals. The Lady Defender's now improve their record to 9-5, 5-2 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference.
