Dordt College Women's Soccer vs. Briar Cliff

(Home) The Lady Defender women's soccer team hosted the Briar Cliff Chargers today in Sioux Center. Dordt came out strong in the first half scoring three goals. Dordt netted four goals in the second half while the Defender defense with Kristin Zomermaand in the goal held the Chargers scoreless in the contest. Dordt's Kalie Gaskill booted career goals 56 and 57 in the game today. Liz Dykstra also netted two goals, with Julie Van Der Kooi, Heidi Broekhuis, and Sarah Vriend all producing one goal each. Van Der Kooi also had two assists.
