Dordt College Women's Soccer vs. Huron

(Away (Playoffs)) The Dordt College women’s soccer team continued play today in the semi-finals of the Independent Great Plains Regional playoffs at Huron, South Dakota. After going scoreless through 90 minutes of regulation the teams went to two 15 minute overtime periods (no sudden death). With 4:00 minutes left in the second overtime Tiffany Miller scored for Huron to make it 1-0. The final four minutes were played out and the score remained 1-0 for a final today. Dordt women close out the season at 13-6 under the direction of Jeanie Elgersma. Huron moves on the Independent Great Plains Regional championship on Saturday.
