(Home) Dordt scored three first half goals that proved to be enough in a 3-0 shut-out win over Martin Luther here today.
Dordt scored their first goal with 31:48 left in the first half when Heather Williams found the net on an assist from Sarah Vriend. Kalie Gaskill scored Dordt’s second goal unassisted with 20:33 left in the first stanza. Liz Dykstra scored Dordt’s third and final goal with 13:44 left in the first 45 minutes on an assist from Kalie Gaskil. The Lady Defenders had 35 shots-on-goal in the game.
Kristin Zomermaand registered four saves in goal for the Lady Defenders now 9-5 for the season.
