Dordt College Men's Soccer vs. Jamestown College

(Sioux Center, Iowa) The Jamestown Jimmies scored two goals in each half to defeat the Dordt Defenders 4-0 in non-conference men's soccer action Saturday in Sioux Center.
The visitors, receiving votes in the most recent NAIA poll, scored in the second minute when George Gauld found the net for the first of two times. The Jimmies then got a goal by Jonathon Jacobs on a goal when a shot deflected off a Dordt player in the 18th minute for a 2-0 advantage that stood to halftime.
Jamestown scored another early goal in a half when they scored in the 48th minute. Jack Keely scored on an assist by Jade Johnson and Johnson assisted Gauld on another goal in the 50th minute for the final of 4-0.
Dordt was outshot 19-8 overall and 14-2 on goal. Jon Brinkherhoff recorded ten saves in goal for the Defenders who are now 3-3 and will host Presentation (South Dakota) on Wednesday.
Jamestown improves to 6-0.
