Dordt College Men's Soccer vs. Jamestown

(Jamestown, North Dakota) Bright spots were few for the Dordt College men's soccer team as they took a 3-0 loss on the road Saturday afternoon to the Jamestown Jimmies in North Dakota.

Jamestown got a goal in the 33rd minute and held the Defenders at bay for the second half while stretching the lead to a final of 3-0. Jamestown's goals came in the 61st and 83rd minutes in the second half.

Dordt College was outshot 16-9 and had three shots on goal--all in the first half. Dordt's Brian Verwolf recorded seven saves in goal for the Defenders.

Dordt is 3-8 overall and take a 2-5 record into their game with Hastings on Saturday, October 18 at 3:15.
